Try this easy-to-make, 4-ingredient Oreo fudge recipe that calls for cream cheese, confectionary sugar, white chocolate chips, and, of course, Oreos! It requires no baking, stovetop, or candy thermometer! Oreo fudge is creamy, rich in flavor, and tastes just like a Cookies and Cream chocolate bar. Perfect for every occasion!
Line a baking dish or pan with parchment paper. Set the prepared pan aside.
Begin by combing your cream cheese and icing sugar into a large bowl and mixing it until it becomes smooth.
In a separate glass bowl, melt white chocolate chips by using the microwave for 1.5 minutes on high or placing the glass bowl over a boiling pot of water until the chocolate is melted.
Combine the chocolate in with the icing sugar and cream cheese mixture.
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Fold the chunks of Oreo cookies into the mixture but be sure to save enough for the top of the fudge. Don't over mix!
Spread the mixture into the parchment-lined, prepared baking pan and add the remaining Oreos on top of the fudge.
Sprinkle candy cane dust and chunks on the top if desired, then pop the baking sheet into the freezer for 1 hour or fridge for 4 hours.
Cut into squares or small pieces using a sharp knife and serve.
Notes
Make sure to not over-mix the oreo cookies into the chocolate mixture. This will cause it to lose its bright white appearance.
A 9" loaf pan will give your fudge a great thickness.
If you are adding candy canes to the top, crush them inside a small paper or plastic bag! This way you don’t end up with a mess of candy canes everywhere.
